Insurance Accepted

I may be able to submit out-of-network claims for other insurance plans, depending on your plan and coverage. Some services may be billed for out of network (OON) reimbursement through insurance. Please check with your insurance company to confirm. Please keep in mind that insurance plans rarely reimburse for out of network coverage. For those of you with individual plans who do intend to submit a claim for OON coverage, I provide superbills for this purpose.
